Ghosthound is a music video made for the artist Ajla, shot on location at the Otto Wagner Areal in Vienna. The video is built around a dream and reality structure, the first half dreamlike, the second grounded in a harder truth. I worked out Ajla's original idea into a full visual plan, then directed the project on set, working closely with the DP to build the shot list and bring that plan to life. I directed Ajla's performance and movement directly in front of the camera, shaping her expression and timing scene by scene to match the mood the song called for. Once we wrapped, I moved into the edit, cutting the video together with a colleague to shape its final rhythm and pacing.
